How long does sea freight take?
The reference transit time is 30–35 days. This is not a guaranteed delivery time.
How long does air freight take?
The reference transit time is 2–5 days. This is not a guaranteed delivery time.
Are customs clearance, duties and taxes included?
Yes. CORE EXPRESS covers customs clearance, duties and taxes for accepted cargo under the confirmed shipment.
Is door-to-door delivery included?
Sea shipments of at least 1 CBM include free delivery within the Manila service area. Air freight does not include final delivery. Remote delivery may be arranged through Lalamove, with the vehicle fee charged separately.
What are the minimum shipment sizes?
Air freight starts at 1 KG. Sea freight starts at 0.5 CBM.
What cargo can I ship?
Cargo acceptance depends on the product, freight mode and current restrictions. Send an accurate description and photos for review before booking.
Does the service include end-to-end tracking?
No. End-to-end tracking is not included in the current service.
What happens if cargo is lost or damaged?
Compensation support is available. Required documents, limits and processing time follow the conditions confirmed for the shipment.
How can I pay?
Payment is accepted through a Philippine bank account or GCash.
Can CORE EXPRESS issue a Philippine local invoice?
No. A Philippine local invoice is not available.
What information is needed for a quote?
Cargo type, weight or volume, receiving city in China, destination area in the Philippines, freight mode, name and WhatsApp contact.
